What are your rates?
Rates for counseling are $140 for a 60 minute session.
Do you take insurance?
I currently take United Healthcare/Optum. Insurance is verified before any session begins. I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.
How does Online Counseling work?
Online counseling can be a helpful way to meet with schedules are tight. I use a HIPAA-compliant video platform where we can see each other and talk as though we are in the same room. This is confidential, safe and convenient.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy lasts as long as it is helpful to you and your goals are being met. This can mean we meet for a short term or we meet longer depending on the needs.
